Emily spent the weekends of her childhood at her family river home on the shores of the Piankatank in Mathews. Fulfilling a lifetime dream to live a more laid back lifestyle, her family purchased a full time home along the Rappahannock River. After college, Emily decided to return to the Northern Neck. She now resides in Irvington, enjoying small-town living on Carters Creek. Her collective experiences offer a broad knowledge of the best-kept secrets of the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers area.

Emily graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a Business major. As a third-generation Realtor and daughter of a builder, Emily experienced a constant exposure to the real estate industry, but also developed a personal enthusiasm and passion for finding clients the ideal waterfront escape. Emily offers a fresh perspective on a familiar place. She wants to help others enjoy these timeless towns and inviting waterways. Grateful for an amazing group of local friends and family, Emily ensures that new homeowners- retirees, weekenders, and locals alike, are welcomed home in a way that has become customary in the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula.

When she is not working, you will find Emily enjoying the shorelines and cruising the waterways with her friends and pups on the back of Chesapeake Bay Deadrise.
