Susan has spent over thirty years working in the real estate industry in Virginia. She graduated from the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business and soon after started a new home construction and remodeling business.

Susan has held a Class A Building Contractors License since 1988. She also has purchased and sold over one hundred investment properties, restored numerous “fixer uppers”, and actively managed the new home construction process for many customers. Later, she served as President of Silver Construction Capital, providing construction financing to hundreds of builders, developers, and rehabbers in the Virginia region. As a real estate lender, Susan had the opportunity to evaluate over five thousand real estate projects for value, risk, and feasibility during her career.
