Tom has been living on the Middle Peninsula and the Northern Neck for over fifteen years. Prior to working at Bay Properties, Tom was the headmaster of an independent, day school in Gloucester County, affording him the opportunity to know many people in the surrounding communities.

Tom is also an avid fisherman and has spent countless hours on the area’s rivers and the Chesapeake Bay pursuing the abundant fish species in their waters. Tom’s in depth knowledge of these waters provides a unique insight to the desirability of waterfront properties and the enjoyable lifestyle they offer.

Tom and his wife Erika reside in Lancaster with their son Carson and their five dogs.
