Doing your homework as a buyer means getting in the car, driving to the ‘Rivah,’ and taking a long hard look at the inventory available. Figuring out what you don’t like will put you that much closer to finding the perfect second home. Communicate with your agent about what you see, and ask questions about the difference in values that each property commands.
